    I asked Richard to install air conditioning in my new build house. I wanted air conditioning in three rooms (two downstairs and the master bedroom). He took away the plans for the house and did a quote based on this. He arrived promptly on the morning if installation and we discussed the location of the internal units and also the outside unit. He was extremely helpful and accommodating of my request to put the external unit above the doors. All the installation was done within three days - and it works perfectly as the warm weather arrived this week!

Turned up when he said he would (although it did take a little longer than he’d planned), and did an excellent job. Left everything tidy, and got on well with the dog.     We contacted Kool Touch to enquire about having air conditioning installed in property. Richard came out promptly to assess our property and give us recommendations of the type of installation that he would recommend. Quotation followed promptly the next day and We decided to go with the recommendation and booked him in to do the job. The team arrived on time and carried out the work in a courteous and timely manner. The system is capable of heating and cooling the rooms so now we have an alternative to using our gas central heating. We are so pleased with the whole job from start to finish
